Summary of Coverages
Covers potential third-party bodily injury and property damage. Standard limit: $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate
Covers potential claims from serving alcohol at an event. Our standard GL policy provides host liquor insurance, which applies when an insured is not in the business of selling, serving or distributing liquor. Standard limit: $1 million per occurrence / $1 million aggregate
Covers bodily injury, property damage, or vehicular damage resulting from the use of non-owned or rental vehicles. Standard limit: $1 million
Provides coverage for the replacement value of rented equipment by the insured if damage were to occur while under the insured’s control. Standard limit: varies by value of equipment rented
Provides coverage when a person who injures themselves at an event needs only their medical expenses covered. Standard limits vary. For excess spectator/participant medical: $5,000 per occurrence / $50,000 aggregate. For excess volunteers medical: $50,000 per occurrence / $250,000 aggregate. For participate medical: $10,000 or $25,000 per occurrence / $50,000 aggregate.
Get a certificate of insurance for your event liability insurance policy.
Short-term coverage available for event organizers or exhibitors. Annual coverage available for event/meeting planners and other professionals. ESP provides thorough coverage for a low event liability insurance cost. Additional insured certificates are available for a person or an organization that has a financial interest or liability at stake for your event.
Excess limits of up to $10 million available. Minimum premiums subject to risk purchasing group program restrictions only. Event liability insurance geographic scope includes the United States and worldwide coverage for U.S. domiciled insureds.
Film or commercial shoots: GL coverage available up to $10 million in limits. Negative film; faulty stock; props, sets and wardrobe; miscellaneous equipment; extra expense up to $1 million; third-party property damage; and money and securities.
Example target insureds: shows, festivals, performances, dances, exhibitions, video shoots, fundraisers, meetings, celebrations, receptions, ceremonies, athletic events, and much more.
