Commercial Property Multi-Sport Complex Insurance

Covers equipment breakdown, business income with extra expense, and ordinance of law. Special form/replacement cost policies, agreed value options, and comprehensive property extension endorsement available. Flood and quake sub limits available in select regions.

Business building, personal property, and outdoor property coverage extends to: permanently or not permanently installed fixtures, machinery, and equipment; stock; outdoor signs; electronic data processing equipment; personal property used in your business or left in your care, custody, and control; and trees, shrubs, or plants.

General Liability Multi-Sport Complex Insurance

Covers legal liability to 3rd party participants and includes professional liability extension to trainers for fitness, sports, and sport facilities.

Limits: $1 million per occurrence, $2 million or more general aggregate. $2 million for products/completed operations aggregate. $1 million limit for personal/advertising injury. $100,000 or higher limits available for damages to rented premises
